Unwanted Items

Unwanted items can be returned, in original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items being lost on their way to us and it is the senders’ responsibility to retain proof of posting and claim for lost items.

Faulty Items

Please contact us directly if you are in anyway unhappy or your product has a fault and we will happily refund or replace the item. We withhold the right to request that any items reported faulty are returned to us with all packaging so that an assessment of the fault can be made.

The eclectic nature of Quietly Feral's  products mean that you must keep the invoice that is delivered with your items as this will state the address for returns. Our products come from the UK, France, Brasil and The Netherlands. You can be assured that we will never send you a product we are not completely happy with.
